A partial remodelling of an existing penthouse apartment Terre had completed 10 years ago.
The client added a chandelier over the dining area in 2019, where we changed all the light fittings from halogen to led.
Terre was tasked to freshen up all keys spaces, entrance, living & dining, family, kitchen, master bedroom suite & powder room. All the furniture in the living room & family room were reupholstered to a new colour palette including new carpets. The fabric wall panels for dining & family room were replaced and refinished. All the high gloss ebony wood surfaces (extinct) in the dining & master bedroom suite were stripped down of the 10 year lacquer works, refinished and polished completely with all metal works refinished.
New wallpaper in a natural herringbone pattern replaced the previous wallpaper to the master bedroom suite & wardrobe area with new timber paneling works in Santos rosewood replaced the existing walnut timber panels. Most of the wall light fittings were cleaned and rechromed when necessary. All these were possible with the same team who built the home 10 years ago and with a client who trust us completely.
