2 units for a 3 generation family. A penthouse for the client’s parent & an apartment for the client & their 2 little ones.

Terre was task to create 2 distinct homes. A matured & modern classic interior to incorporate the owners’ existing collection of Chinese Antique, Art & Persian carpets. A feature of the home is the 4.15m by 3.7m built in dining console with storage cabinet. Santos rosewood with Grolla Rosato marble were specified. The ends of the cabinet opens up to reveal hidden whisky display storage.

We kept the base palette neutral but rich, and layered the new with the old. We designed some of the architectural elements to be similar to tie both units but kept the furniture selection & materials difference. Care was taken to ensure all selection of furniture were kid friendly & the overall design & detailing had no sharp corners.
