Presenting an evening of The underground sake club at Teapot & Giraffe.
Combining precious small batch sake from Epicurean Nomads with the culinary exploration of Chef Bryan from Morsels. It will be an evening of 5 artisanal sake each paired with a specially designed canapé to achieve a balanced profile and bring out the most delicate of flavour within the sake.
Nominated for Rising Chef 2015 for the upcoming World Gourmet Summit, the young chef Bryan is no stranger to designing his food around a good glass of wine. Combining his experience with the prized collection of sake sourced by Epicurean Nomads directly from highly acclaimed microbreweries across Japan, the evening is sure to be a explosion of flavours not to be missed.
